A senior partner in Verus Consulting, Kari has extensive experience in marketing, communications, and business development. Prior to becoming a consultant, she led a team of specialists as manager of marketing and instructional strategy at LearnStream. Kari was instrumental in establishing a leading brand in custom courseware design, organizing marketing campaigns, and coordinating corporate messaging throughout North America.

Her background also includes expertise in instructional design, learning strategies and courseware evaluation. Kari excels in client relationship management and was actively involved in strategic planning and business process development. She is well-versed in all elements of the sales cycle from expressions of interest and proposal development to contractual vehicles and measuring client satisfaction.

A senior partner in Verus Consulting, Carol has over two decades of experience in the areas of healthcare, consumer behavior and market research and analysis. Her background also includes expertise in education and training including distance mentoring, program planning and evaluation. She is an accomplished project manager and has experience coordinating interdisciplinary teams, organizing special events and facilitating issue resolution.

Her exceptional leadership and organizational skills have been recognized in a number of prominent institutions in New Brunswick, Alberta and British Columbia. Carol was a senior partner at Venture Management Consulting and has consulted on a variety of regional, national and international projects for clients such as 3M, Parks Canada, and the World Health Organization.
